Varieties Planted	Cabernet Franc Vineyard: Cabernet Franc (98%), Merlot (1%), and Petit Verdot (1%).
	Dolcetto Vineyard: Dolcetto (94%), Barbera (3%), and Freisa (3%).
	Sangiovese Vineyard: Sangiovese (98%), Canaiolo (1%), and Mammolo (1%).
	Syrah Vineyard: Syrah with limited plantings of Viognier, Cinsaut, and Mourvèdre.
	Zinfandel Vineyard: Zinfandel (78%), Alicante Bouschet (10%), Petite Sirah (10%). The remaining 2% of the field is a mixture of Carignane, Trousseau, Sangiovese, Petit Bouschet, Negrette, Syrah, Muscat Noir, Cinsaut, & Grenache. Originally planted in the 1890s.
